To book a Family House select an Upstairs Room in the booking form and make a note that you are booking the Family House in the Special Requirements Box after you click Review Booking and before you click the Confirm Reservation button. Children 5 years and under who don't need extra bedding are free but the maximum total per room is still 4 Guests. Toddlers 18 months or younger do not count in the Guest totals and are free.
